a vibrant celebration of art, culture, and community:  The ART and Artists Celebration held on July 7, 2024, at Prospect Park’s Concert Grove Pavilion was a vibrant celebration of art, culture, and community. Hosted by Miles McAfee, known for organizing the beloved *7 7* events, this inaugural event aimed to foster connections, raise awareness, and encourage collective action among community members.

the event featured Gallery Particulier art: The event featured a curated art component by Harrison Love from STOA, in collaboration with Quiana Dumas, who has been managing the Gallery this month, and ensured the aesthetic worked with the pavilion perfectly. Gallery Particulier was prominently featured, allowing attendees to engage with Quiana and learn about the gallery’s innovative efforts to integrate art into people’s lives.

visual arts, children performances, community organizations came together: Beyond art, the event included diverse activities such as the first ever children’s *7 7*, a children’s sing-along area, a karaoke session, jewelry making, and more. It served as a platform for various organizations like Project Echo, Strategy for Black Lives, NYC Votes, and the New York State Assembly to share their initiatives and opportunities with the community.
